Our world is sick...Does anyone care?

June was the 14th straight record hot month, with Earth averaging 16.4 C (61.52 F). That is 0.9 degrees Celsius (1.62 degrees F) warmer than average and a shade above the record set in 2015. The last month Earth wasn't record hot was April 2015.

Yay!

"Climate change" thread to break up the "race", Trump blinked wrong threads on the board.

Put me down as...I don't care.

The problem with the Climate Change folks isn't that their science is bad. It's that they feel the need to exaggerate hugely. They figure that if they don't exaggerate, that nobody get scared and nobody will listen to them.

Fact: We only recently recovered from the "Little Ice Age" which means a slight increase in average global temperature is 100% expected.
Fact: The total change in average global temperature since 1950 is less than 1 degree C.
Fact: While Arctic sea ice is most certainly shrinking, Antarctic sea ice is actually expanding.
Fact: Most of the world isn't actually noticing much of a difference. Some years there are heat waves. Some years there are droughts. Just like it's been forever.

Is humankind increasing global temperatures? Sure, but not by much from all the data I've seen. Natural phenomena have a vastly greater impact that us tiny little humans.

They will say thank you China and India as they will continue to pollute the Earth no matter what the United States is blackmailed into doing.

Not True. Im in San Diego and its baking hot, it 'says' 75 but it feels a lot hotter, especially in the sun, there's no 'cool ocean breeze' until the sun goes down pretty much.

It's those damn AC units!! Quick, turn them all off and save the world.....then hug a Syrian refugee, I am sure you can find one somewhere. I would take caution with that though.
