First of all you should actually read the link you posted from snopes regarding visas, secondly he did not propose a ban on all Muslims, just Iran and had nothing to do with religion.

The person I was commenting on was in fact saying that. This myth that Muslims are all potential terrorists is the fear mongering that we see from the right wing. Those are the same people that are willing to throw our service men and women under the bus when they come from Muslim countries.
People are allowed to practice any religion they like, and someone's religion isn't a good reason to deny someone the ability to immigrate to the US if they choose to do so legally.
As for your comment on Hillary, I don't like her either, I think both Trump and Hillary are awful choices that the two big parties have selected.
It sounds like you don't understand the Constitution, where in it does it say freedom of religion except for Muslim?

"Freedom of religion" in the Constitution was referring to the the Christian sects. NOT to worldwide religions, some of who would be hostile to our Freedom and our other protected rights.
