As much as I immediately judge a person negatively when I see that flag, it isn't racist and shouldn't be restricted in any way.

People who fly that flag in 2016 don't want to have anything to do with me either. At least I believe those people should have rights, which isn't the way many of them treat people of Hispanic descent and Muslims.
