Pathetic. Is that the only comeback you can think of?

He WAS arrested. They can only charge him if the property owner decides to press charges, which he didn't. He wasn't given any special treatment as far as I can tell.

It seems from watching the whole video that charges could still be filed though the pastor is not pressing charges. He definitely got preferential treatment in the whole process.
Yep, because he was a cop.

Someone DID call the police and said someone has a gun. That's how the police got there. The police did roll up, but they did not feel threatened, because the guy was sitting there crying, and not threatening them. He didn't resist arrest so he didn't get shot. Had he resisted arrest he probably would have gotten shot.

Yes he could have hurt a person, even though there was nobody around. That's why he was arrested. That's why he lost his job. But the fact of the matter is he didn't threaten any person, nor did he hurt any person. The only thing they can get him on is property damage.

Let's not forget that the black women who was arrested and sentenced to 20 years was firing a gun AT A PERSON. That's attempted murder. Whole different ball game. Intent is important.

That doesn't answer the question. We know the pastor isn't pressing charges. If there are no charges that are mandated by law, what's the issue?

This guy didn't attack anybody. He didn't hurt anybody. He got fired from his job.

What exactly do you want? You want him to go to jail for firing a gun at nobody and not hurting anybody?

What if it was a young black boy who fired a gun into the air, not hurting anyone? Would you want him to go to jail? Or is it only because this guy is white?
You might have an argument if you were honest. He shot AT the church. He shot into the church. He didn't just shoot into the air.
