Wisconsin liberal here. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find more than a handful of liberals here who are fans of Paul Ryan.
That said, large sections of his district are in counties that almost always swing Republican, and on top of it they really seem to love Ryan. The last time his district voted in a democratic representative was in the mid-90's, and they've gone Republican in 3 of the past 4 presidential elections. This isn't a case of liberals siding with the Koch brothers' candidate, but rather of a majority of Republicans siding with him.

Oh, they're all in it together, my friend. When will you all learn?? Hillary, Ron Paul, the Koch brothers and Paul Ryan have much more to do with each other than you would care to admit...
The Elite and the Political Establishment, indeed.....

How the ever-lovin' did Ron Paul get in there all of a sudden?

They're all in the same bed together alright as disgusting as it is ridiculous however your (incomplete) list doesn't include Ms. Coulter. Is that because she's an entertainer & could do better or what?
Ms. Coulter says to "Vote for the party of America & Americans" & which Grand Old Party is she referring to? Libertarians are basically Republicans 'in drag' & have been so for the last half a century in the US. The people need a Labor Party.

Actually, Libertarians usually turn out to be liberals with an even larger love of pot. And just as modern day liberalism means "anything goes (except for the few things which WE will declare absolutely verboten)", libertarians take that ball and really run with it.
See Roadrat's post.
Times have changed: lefties hated the Koch brothers more than any one else in the world. What are they to do now?? Come to the Koch brothers defense?? (The Koch brothers LOVE themselves some GOP Elitist, Establishment types).
Or instead, will the lefties actually admit that Ann Coulter et al just MIGHT have a point??.......
A good lefty (like me) says absolutely nothing, doesn't take sides, and let's the bozos in the Grand Old Party (practically the whole party) rip each other to shreds.
A good lefty really wouldn't care about internecine GOP fighting and just grabs a seat, a bag of popcorn, and has a blast as a spectator.
Well, shoot me in the head and call me Ursula. Didn't know that.
Yep, the Kochs have been pouring money into the Rs over the past couple cycles in an effort to turn the GOP more libertarian. They obviously don't think there's any real hope for the US Libertarian Party.
All that money, and what do they get? The nomination goes to the most overtly anti-trade, anti-immigrant presidential candidate since the 1920s or so.
Ya gotta laugh.
