People who believe there should be no inheritance tax on Americans who inherit billions simply because they were born into a wealthy family, could you please explain whats so great about creating a new aristocracy in America? Exactly, so why are you against equal opportunities? People inheriting billions tax free while other living in the gutter with drug addicted parents is not equal opportunities.

But it isn't free money. The parents have often worked hard for that money and have usually paid tax on it both when it was earned and when it was invested. And now you want to tax it for a third time in the name of some kind of equality.
Neither is it billions. 40% tax kicks in at $5.25 million.
