Over in Christian majority Uganda, gay men are stoned to death. Women suspected of being lesbian are raped to show them what they are missing.

Over in Christian majority Jamacia, homosexuality is a crime punishable by prison and fines.

Sodomy was a crime in most US states until very recently.

Then there's the whole SSM thing in the US.......

Muslim men are brutal to women, but Democrats are okay with this as long as its Muslim men who are raping the women.
Most cultures have been historically patriarchal. Marriages were typically contracts between families.

No shortage of men who are brutal to women, all over the world. No shortage of laws that remain unfavorable to women throughout the world, certainly not limited to Muslim majority countries.

I am sincerely grateful for the good fortune of having been born in the US when I was as opposed to when women had no civil rights, could not vote, could not own property, could not inherit, could not be employed outside the home, could not earn income and so on.

Even in glitzy super rich Dubai, basic human rights are non-existent.

No gay pride parades, no entry for Trans.

50+ Muslim majority countries occupied by Islam are hell-holes for Women, LGBT and Minoritites.

The Trans was ill advised that most Muslims acknowledge basic human rights.

No they follow human rights dictated by Islam.

Their country, their rules.

One country where Transgender people have recognized legal rights is Thailand, where it was enshrined in their new constitution.

Well when you consider the place has been one of the sex change centers of the world for ages this is hardly shocking news.

This all smells of a PR stunt IMHO.

Thus far the story is this person picked themselves up and flew to Dubai (with a body guard) for a "vacation" knowing fully well the country's anti LGBT laws and widespread discrimination. Did she think they were going to make an exception for some white "woman" from North America.

This whole thing sounds like a calculated scheme to take advantage of the "moment" trans are having to push an agenda. Sadly in this case Dubai wasn't taking the bait and pushed back. Fact this person is all over the media wailing and moaning (you can't pay for PR like this), reinforces my theory.
