If anybody is to blame for a " one party system" it's the party that has been pandering to its lowest common denominator for way too long. Both parties do it. It's disgusting. But in my opinion, the right has gone so far right on social issues that they have fallen off the cliff.

Sanity lies in the middle. In reality, I have no party. I choose the lesser of the evils at this point.
So, who are you going to vote for?

The current GOP SHOULD be dying, since it abandoned those it was supposed to give a choice to. We already had a party of Big Government and Big Business, massive income inequality, empire military wars, endless borrowing and currency devaluation, tax disincentives to work and rewards for sloth and bad decisions, and children facing worse lives than their parents had.

The current GOP should be offering the Libertarian ideals that made America great: small government and VERY low taxes, small business to balance Big Business, strict immigration limits until labor and job supply balances again, NO empire wars or policing the world. Ron Paul got huge support by voicing those ideals, and had to be blacked out of the media and slandered intensely by both political parties to stop him from WINNING the presidency.

Why give credence to an idiotic article by linking to it?
It is interesting. That's why you took the time to read it.

You're saying that it's idiotic because you don't like the conclusions the author came to.

In November, you'll see just right those conclusions are. And I'll be sure to bump this thread to remind you.

I'm not interested in tabloid nonsense so I didn't read it. The headline was absurd enough to turn me away from it.
Not that you believe in the truth. How could anyone who supported Obama be interested in the truth?
Again how can a party which controls the House and Senate be dying?

Of course, I wouldn't write an obit for the GOP any time soon. But it's an interesting read.

The GOP is dying; let's pull the plug | Dallas Morning News
We need a new GOP and the current DNC mostly needs jailing.

Because all those that voted for Sanders just love the DNC after they colluded with Hillary? Again how can a party that controls the House and Senate be dying. And no you haven't explained that. Not that the truth means anything to you.

Where someone resides doesn't reflect on their actions. The individual should be judged by their actions.
example Obama doesn't lie because he's from Hawaii or Kenya or because he's black. He lies because he's a filthy scumbag.

Dallas Morning News Editorial: Pull the plug on the GOP...it's dying anyway.

Quite sure they don't have a 'do not resuscitate' clause, and since they frown on euthanasia, the GOP will have to stay 'plugged in' and die a slow and painful death.
