Snowden is possibly the biggest and most damaging spy in American history. He should be executed, not pardoned.

Personally, I think he should. Snowden is far more of a candidate for presidential pardon than 95% of the pardons granted already by Obama (or Bush, or Clinton for that matter).

However, I see little chance of a pardon actually happening.

I can't decide if he should pardon Snowden or not.

On one hand Snowden is white and wasn't selling drugs with an illegal handgun with the serial numbers filed off in his pocket so why would Obama pardon him?

On the other hand if he did pardon him I'm sure Hillary could give him a job. It might be a kind of "keep your enemies closer" thing but hey if it gets her a few more votes why not.

Posthumously. After he is executed for treason.

Not my anything, but keep making assumptions - it's entertaining.

Go ahead and start a poll about Hillary, I'll respond.

Yep he is a traitor just like any other ring leader of a slave revolt. He stabbed the American empire in the back which was poised to serve the interest's of the chosen ones.

Uh, what? You can argue that what he did was "worth it" or however you choose to phrase it, but he inarguably did "something wrong".

That said, while I clicked yes that doesn't really get it. There should be no reason to have to pardon him.

Whistleblowers are suppose to be protected from prosecution. Those who ignore our laws are the ones that should he facing this question.
Yes, Nixon got a full pardon from Ford and he never went to trial.
