No, Snowden delivered the information to the Chinese. That is an act of espionage. Hillary didn't deliver anything to anyone.

Actually that is totally and factually incorrect.

"...In 2012, Congress passed legislation to expand whistleblower protections for federal workers and contractors, but lawmakers rejected a provision extending the new guidelines to the intelligence and national security communities.

President Obama, who supported extending the protections, issued an executive directive that year allowing intelligence employees to disclose information free from retaliation under certain circumstances..."

Snowden's case doesn't fall within any whistleblower protections only because he was a contractor working for a private company--not a government employee. So that makes him simply a person who stole and released government information.

Snowden should be granted immunity in exchange for his testifying against the federal government.

If you have some proof of that i'd like to read it, if not i'll consider it just more rightwing bs. What did Snowden reveal?, Just the USs secrets of eavesdropping and surveillance programmes to our enemies.

Sorry if your phone is being tapped in the name of national security but in this day and age of technology its the way the game is played, our enemies are certainly involved in electronic surveillance..
If Snowden thinks he was right then come back to the USA and take your case before the legal system.

Then you should have said "our".

When you quote me and say your, it's reasonable that you are assigning ownership to me.

It's hardly just the right that has wrongly demonized Snowden.

Others tried and were attacked and ruined by those they tried to expose. Remember Clapper lied under oath and nothing happened to him. How do you trust a system like that?

All presidents pardon a long list on their way out. Whether this is a good idea or not is another thing but they all do it.
