That looks incredibly fake. Any man or woman would be a lot more nervous than that. And she wouldn't WAIT after the first punch, stare him down and mock him, and THEN kick his groin.
"No gun needed"? Do you think a gun advocate would recommend gun use in this case?
My cousins would be likely to do so. (One of them wanted to test the new rifle he got for Christmas but it was raining, so he opened a window and started shoot at his barn from indoors. Didn't remove the screen.)
And yeah, special case, but the spectrum goes from "would never happen" to "oh hell yes!".
And? Good for her, but no one except ignorant anti gun nuts ever consider gun as the single magic bullet solution to every incident. It worked out for her and she kicked the gropers ass, but it's easy to find thousands of other anecdotes where a gun is needed.

The gun is not the first go to weapon, unless it is more than one being really aggressive, with harm on their mind. Everyone knows their own physical capabilities. Everyone knows when their capabilities are being overwhelmed.
Strong arm rapists are not , as a rule, so easily fended off. They revel in a victim that fights lime that. KT games leth force to stop such attacks. Someone e dear go me did stop suchan assault, and it required an extremely violent responce to do so. Short of what she had to do ,he would not have stopped. Punches and kicks, even to the groin, would have just engaged him, and fueled his sick desire to inflict pain.
Personally, this looks staged to me, as well. Putting stuff like this out there rather bakes me. The brutal reality of what a street rape attack is actually like is downplayed, and that is dangerous and irresponsible. Its east to cheer such a scene, but to make kg appear as if fending off an attacker with a rapist mindset is easy is a dangerous and even reprehensible thing to do.
To present an image of a rapist as anything but a horribly dangerous, single minded and vicious predatory animal is ...unwise. To say the least. I encourage all women to seek professional training, from reputable sources, in how to deal with such attacks. Learn about them from people who have been there, and are willing to share their experience , to help keep you safe. That games courage, beyond imagining. When a rapist strikes, it doesn't get any more real, and having a glimpse into that reality before it glimpses you, could save your life, and keep you whole.
Take nothing for granted. This is a subject I cant feel more strongly about. It hits too close to home.
