Apparently, the administration is attempting to keep states from requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote... No wonder they don't want ID requirements at the polls!

Well, they tend to lean left, so they're trying very hard to say that stopping states from requiring proof of citizenship is only to protect citizens that can't prove they're citizens from being disenfranchised. It's mentioned at the end that a sworn statement indicating citizenship should be all that's needed

Yeah, that sworn oath will be as serious to them as a sworn oath to a Clinton.
