NORRISTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) --
Pennsylvania's attorney general announced Tuesday that she was resigning amid pressure from the governor and lawmakers a day after she was convicted of abusing the powers of the state's top law enforcement office to smear a rival and lying under oath to cover it up.

Pennsylvania's attorney. How stupid was she. Thought she was a Clinton and could get away with that.

Reading further........she is required to step down once sentenced. So Pennsylvania currently has a convicted felon as their A.G. I wonder how proud that makes the people of Pa? I'm sure she still has her defenders BUT she can no longer do her job but she is allowed to keep it anyway until sent to prison.

This is just another example of the broken justice system.

edit:........credit to the governor for not sweeping this under the rug.

eh.... he's been flip flopping back and forth. First he called for her to resign when the charges were brought, then he flipped and now he asked her to resign again.

Default The Bigger Point!

I hope this starts the wave of prosecution we need right now. Lynch should step down if she choses to protect Ms. Clinton or not proceed the with the Email Scandal Case.

Although different cases, it rings the same basic truth, for Political Gain and using the law against your opponent
If Clinton falls hard so will many. The Connection with the Clinton Foundation seems to be a reoccurring subject and a new piece of the twisted puzzle comes to light!

She has. I certainly have not followed this story so I am not in the know but it seems she was unlikely to without the current pressure for her to.

It is a messed up justice system when one can get charged and convicted while another can be protected and skate free. My complaints do not just apply to the poor.

She either made the mistake of not committing perjury or not destroying evidence.

I bet she didn't plead the 5th or say "I don't recall" for every question.

She'll never be a Clinton.
