Great Britain Is Gone

Well, not really gone.

It's just now known as the UK.

What about Brexit? From what I've heard the new UK PM Theresa May has set conditions for starting the implementation of the Brexit that are designed to be impossible to fulfill.

Yeh, still no plan or timetable in place but hundreds of civil servants being diverted away from their normal jobs to try and start planning.
and still no clearer on what 'Brexit means Brexit' actually means

I understand she is saying "full speed ahead" out of one side of her mouth, but out of the other side she is saying she won't move forward until certain conditions are met, one of which being Scotland's approval of the plan.

Now we have Merkel asking Britain to delay Brexit until after German elections - in the fall of 2017. If she goes along with this we'll start reaching the point where talk of a revote due to the delays may be in order.

Do you usually choose locations based on whether you can write hate speech on the Internet?

There are conflicting rights and the US does not have total free speach, for instance issues such as defamation, incitement, incitement to riot or imminent lawless action, fighting words, fraud, speech covered by copyright, and speech integral to criminal conduct are all subject to legal action in the US, whilst confidentiality still applies under US Law, as does Data Protection Law. Whilst laws relating to hate crime also exist in the US.

The UK adheres to Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights regarding Freedom of Exression, as do 47 European Countries.
