All the people from FEMA were there immediately, Obama declared it a disaster and released funds accordingly within hours and mobilized support. What more do you expect.
What more did liberals and Obama expect in 2005? Oh yea, a LOT more apparently, considering Bush was vilified for the doing the same thing then.
Sorry lefties, you're going to have a hard time spinning this one. No matter how loud you screech, most Americans see the blatant hypocrisy.
Cleary. Biggest flop of a president we've ever seen. Flying over is one (lame) thing, playing freaking golf (!!!) while peoples's lives flounder is entirely another thing.
Obama is just gross.
Well, didn't he play golf right after being informed an American citizen was just beheaded? Nothing gets in the way of his golf games, dontcha know.
i dont know if its convenient or not. the governor said dont come for 10 days though, period.
end of story.
Of course you don't know, you don't even care. Anything that supports your fluffy little feelings is good enough, that's how liberals roll.
On the ground here in Louisiana, here where the water is still going down, here where people are still in shock and people are still being rescued in boats... people feel like they've been ignored and forgotten by Washington DC, the national media and the President. These people remember Katrina and how loudly people like you were howling about President Bush's response, these people remember how harshly the media attacked Bush before the wind even stopped blowing.
For a president to be playing golf while a tragedy of this size unfolds is pathetic, I don't care what the governor says or does.

You can search around and see if you can find one professional that thinks the federal response to Katrina worked well but it's going to take some time.
Louisana has the full resources of the federal government assisting them right now. If you have anything of substance to complain about other than Obama went golfing then let's hear it.
Maybe someone shold tell them that its a good idea to build their houses on higher ground
Its funny that Tony Perkins, who has repeatedly said God punishes gays and other sinners with natural disasters has now evacuated his home after it was hit by the flood.

The governor of Lousiana indicated that having the president visit at this time would take away much needed resources that are critical to helping the residents of Louisana.
Maybe the POTUS should go to California, just as large natural disaster.
Maybe the Gov. Of Louisiana should not say that he would prefer the POTUS stay away for a couple of weeks so as not to divert manpower away from the areas that need support.
Maybe Nutty Don needs to stay away instead of looking for more real estate he can get at a steal of a price.
