What? Oh boy.

It is the restaurant's prerogative to ban the customer but to condone their waitstaff supplying a customer's credit card receipt demonstrates a lack of professionalism. Hopefully that careless attitude does not carry over into other standards.

Yes, trusted employees. Some small business owners have others mange the business. Yes, they can legally put them on the internet.

Oh, so we're taking the word of the people who posted it instead of the customers'. I see. No where in there does it say they admitted to writing that note, nor that they didn't deny it. You're reaching here.

No confession equals not guilty!
I served on a jury once, and we acquitted the defendant. True story.

Kidding aside, I didn't see your post where you did quote the article until after my post. Sorry.

My guess is they just want to get out of this nightmare and forget they ever stepped foot in that horrible place. Can you believe a person ends up on Facebook with personal information about them just because they charged their lunch?

This one has proven not to be a trusted employee. I hope the couple sue just for the principle of it. This is not right.

No, but I sure hope they bring legal charges or a lawsuit.

I was on a murder jury that made national news. Lawyers usually choose fair minded people who have no prejudices. I guess that is us.
