I am black and I'm not afraid of them either. I also am upper middle class and am not afraid of them taking my job.
That is the point.
That's not my point.
I am not black. If you care about your people, particularly, poor black people or the poor people in general, you should vote for the Republicans as the Democrats are about to rape them from the behind.

I care about my people. A majority of "my people" that I know are also like me. So I am not afraid of illegal immigrants taking their jobs either. It seems you and those like you just don't get that.
Do you care about poor white people? If so, maybe you should focus all your advice toward them instead of worrying about "my people."

If you cared about people, poor and middle class, and believe that Republican policies will help the country as a whole, you should work on convincing conservatives to to examine their message, the delivery of that message and their messengers. It's not resonating and putting your fingers in your ears yelling "lalalalala, all people who don't vote like me are stupid, welfare leeches" does not change that.

I do care about poor white people, poor people in general, which is why I don't vote for the Democrats.

Sadly, I have to agree with you. The Republicans don't know how to deliver their message.
Some of the stuff they said made me cringe.

You are complaining about support those "on the dole" (which includes poor whites, which you seem to want to exclude).
And here is the other problem. I've posted 3 TIMES!....

Yet you always cherry pick what you want to hear and won't listen why bother? Besides, in utopia nothing will ever be good enough.
It's not about who can do the most for one group of people. It's is best for the country as a whole.
desertdetroiter "If there was a better option we would take it, but there isn't."
While that is really a matter of opinion (which I believe there IS a better option), the only thing that matters was your comment "Because we want to."
Isn't that what freedom in this country is supposed to be about?

I am not cherry picking what you said. You have specifically called out black people in several of your responses. You also claimed to not know any Republicans "on the dole". When we pointed out that you were incorrect and poor whites do vote Republican instead of addressing that point you jumped to the single mothers angle.
I am listening you aren't answering...is it in your (and the Republican party's)best interests to assume all people voting for Democrats are stupid and doing so for handouts and welfare or is it better to look at other possible reasons the message is not currently resonating with the majority of voters.
If you really believe that Republican policies are better for the country as a whole, work with the Republicans to stop demonizing minority groups based on antiquated stereotypes.

As a minority, I have never felt that I have been demonized by the Republicans.
I have been called all kinds of names by the Democrats though.
They vote for the party that gives more freebies to the ones not willing to work.
