She would be immediately charged with neglecting the poor and depriving the under privileged of important resources. She could move the trust into some sourt of a blind management where she had no role but the people who gave money could still be identified and would have needed access to the SofS.

This whole idea that giving money to a charity gets you access is absurd. The people who had the money and gave it were simply the people who would access the SofS. Simple as that.

So Bill Gates is corrupting the whole world? And would immediately be disqualified if he wished to run for office?

Sorry you will have to explain to me why channeling wealth to charities is inherently corruptive.

Right, the prince of Bahrain gave her $32 million out of the kindness of his heart, it had nothing to do with the $630 million weapons deal approved by the state department.

Salman has directed $32 million to a Clinton Foundation program, and the Kingdom of Bahrain has donated up to $100,000 more. As Bahrain money flowed into the Clinton Foundation, State Department documents showed that between 2010 and 2012 the Clinton-led State Department approved $630 million worth of direct commercial arms sales to Salman’s military forces in Bahrain. That was a 187 percent increase from the period 2006 to 2008, and the increase came as Bahrain was violently suppressing uprisings.

When Bill Gates is an elected politician that can directly influence government to the benefit of the donors we can have a discussion about him.

Because she can peddle government influence for the donations. How those donations are spent by the charity might for example go to one of her staff for some cushy job, perhaps they will employ the company of some friend to do whatever. The list is endless as to what is wrong with this.

You obviously don't know Bill Gates. He can influence the US or many other governments to about anything he desires. And he does.

And he would do so if he chose to run for office. Bill likes pulling levers and is very good at it.

What percentage of donors gaining access would you accept? None? Meaning anyone who gave to a worldwide non profit was deprived of access? 2%, 10%, 50%? How did you decide.

Whole argument is naive. Movers and Shakers give money and have access. Will always be so.
I guess it all depends on the definition of "indication" and "some".

The Associated Press says ...... More than half That just a bit more than "some".
The "indication" part come directly from the US State Department Calendars. That's what they know so far - information is still coming in.

WASHINGTON (AP) — More than half the people outside the government who met with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state gave money — either personally or through companies or groups — to the Clinton Foundation. It's an extraordinary proportion indicating her possible ethics challenges if elected president.

At least 85 of 154 people from private interests who met or had phone conversations scheduled with Clinton while she led the State Department donated to her family charity or pledged commitments to its international programs, according to a review of State Department calendars released so far to The Associated Press. Combined, the 85 donors contributed as much as $156 million. At least 40 donated more than $100,000 each, and 20 gave more than $1 million.

She SOLD access and PERSONALLY reaped the benefits - That is Corruption & deserves RICO charges.
Governor Blago is sitting in Prison for RICO charges because he attempted to SELL a US Senate Seat.
Clinton left a big Money Trail and a Government Calendar - she didn't "attempt" to sell - she did it and there are Records to prove it.

Honestly - is there NO Level of Corruption that you would accept? Anything goes as long as there is a "D" next to the name of the criminal???

Obama specifically promised when running for president that he would grant no special access to donors.

Than his "Organizing for Action" literally advertised how much money you needed to donate to get 1 on 1 time with him.

Notice how the same people who excused Obama's lies and hypocrisy on this same issue are now running to excuse this corruption under Hillary.....and then these same sheep will claim that they want big money out of politics and are worried about Russian money connections to Trump - while ignoring Hillary's Russian money connections.

Sheep are ruining America.
