If not semi autos or 50 calibers, just what guns does the second amendment protect? The supreme court has decided that it is an individual right. So what guns are OK under the second amendment?

There is at least one poster that thinks this is the only acceptable gun. Thankfully the SCOTUS disagrees.

I bet if a flintlock was used to kill someone that would not be acceptable.

There is actually a frighteningly large amount of anti-gun liberals that actually think the 2nd Amendment only applies to muskets and flintlock pistols.

My responce is that every war and conflict we have entered since the beginning earned us more.
