Good question. I can't speak for black people, but for whites we don't have a leader. What we have is elitists and globalist on the left and right of various race and nationality trying to dictate to us what we should be allowed to say and believe and support. Never do they advocate for anything beneficial to the average American let alone whites.
Trump is the only one speaking a populist message. The media and powers that be tried to shut him down but failed and are still trying to stop him from being elected.

He really is. He's not the Kingmaker that he was before the Tea Party came alive, but he's definitely one of the biggest white leaders in America. He talks, y'all listen.
Trump is bigger right now, but after the election, Limbaugh will be back in that spot.
Also, Bill OReilly is another major white leader. Hell, he might be the E.F. Hutton of white leaders.
He definitely says what whites are thinking.

All whites have is a few white advocates who the media will not give any air time and who are invariably labeled as racist, xenophobes, bigots, supremacist, Nazis and confederates. It's not unlike the same tactics and suppression used against the innocent native Germans in Germany.
