Good times?
My income down $10,000 dollars per year for the last 8 years stagnate wages for the last 8 years
forced into a crappy HC plan or be taxed or is it a fine?
Enrollment into ObamaCare is more stressful than doing your taxes in April!
The good news is Obama's @ $ $ is gone soon!

I agree with the OP and feel that both Obama and even GW Bush are "better" than our current candidates and draw feelings of nostalgia.

I already am missing the Obamas lol.

I recently heard someone talking about GW Bush on the radio and they were talking about how they would rather have him as president again versus Hillary or Trump. That at least he was a genuine nice guy even though he was clueless about a lot of things and wasn't seen as so dirty versus Hillary. And this was a Democrat speaking.

I also thought GW Bush was very personable and the funniest/most amusing president of my life thus far. Him calling Putin "Pooty" (Puti) is still hilarious to me and how quick he ducked from those shoes being thrown at him lol. Plus he just seemed nice and I wouldn't mind hanging out with him.

I think Obama is just a very nice guy as well and very calm and dedicated to his family. I like that he has such a rapport with children especially and that he looks at his wife very lovingly and does seem genuinely concerned about the country and loss of lives to violence, etc.

I don't feel like that for either of the candidates today. I also don't even dislike Hillary Clinton as much as most, but she is just more of what I can describe as a "driven" woman and is very goal oriented and I think she sees the presidency as more of a "goal" than an opportunity to serve the country. However, I don't think she will be a bad president and I'm hoping that once elected she'll soften a bit, but as a woman of her generation, I know that she has been through the ringer and she IS held to a different standard and criticized differently than any male politician and I feel that has more to do with her being "driven" than anything else. I admire her for her strength but I don't feel all soft and fuzzy for her like I do Obama in particular and I don't feel like I'd like to hang out and converse with her like I would GW Bush.

LOL at this...are you automatically going to get a $10K raise in January and have better healthcare?

People are odd IMO.

But FWIW, my income has increased over $20K in the past 8 years and my healthcare costs have decreased by 60% since 2008. I work and my employer provides health insurance so I don't have to deal with Obamacare enrollment. I did enroll one of my relatives though and it wasn't hard.

Personally, I agree with much or all of what you've posted here.

On the bold: wholeheartedly agree here too, gotta give credit where it's due, & who would've expected that? Awesome & hilarious at the same time!

Oh yes they do. You think the average union worker wants hoardes of illegal immigrants, refugees and visa employees let into the country?

There is a disconnect between union leadership and the rank and file.

Just like a liberal laugh at people who have suffered under this administration...and your stats are full of BS.
