Exactly. Agencies have protocols to archive data and when appropriate, wipe the drives.

In her case, she kept the server in the basement and wiped knowing that it contained classified material. It's disgusting. Clearly their was intent.

They are currently working there way through the FOIA process. If for example Hillary and one of her staff were using accounts on that server those emails could easily be made to disappear. Given that 14,900 were recovered there is going to be unknown amount that have yet to be recovered.

As I noted in my previous post if that server was hacked they will likely be in the hands of the hackers. A foreign government(s) probably has a better idea of what was deleted than the FBI.
I have been commenting on the use of BleachBit, which you yourself wrote is "also something any sensible IT person is going to do." The use of BleachBit in and of itself proves nothing. So no, the use of BleachBit will not be Clinton's Watergate.

This will not be Hillary's Watergate. Nothing will. She is above the law. Hillary could disembowel a child on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial with national network cameras rolling and she wouldn't be indicted so long as the kid was white. CNN would immediately say that what we saw wasn't what we really saw, that it was just a butter knife she was holding and that at Trump's direction the kid threw himself onto it a dozen times, and that the reason she even had the knife was because she was on her way to a soup kitchen to volunteer. And her supporters would believe every word of it.

I see it going down like one night in Ford Theater, long ago.

Yes, it proves intent.

Hillary is above the law and Democrat rhetoric of the 99% is pure BS as they cheer on political elites being above the law us plebeians have to follow.

Hillary is literally a felon.

She was asked to turnover the server BEFORE Bleachbit was used.

She is required by law to turn over the emails.

Stand up for the rule of law, this is our country and constitution here. This isn't a game we need people to oppose dictators that would be above the law.

You are not finished with a hard drive when what is has been archived as public records.

This had not been done and it was her investigations it would not had even discovered that Hillary and destroyed record she is required by law to maintain and provide.

This sure is a stretch of an apology you are making here.

Very clear to everyone but the FBI, DOJ that HRC had demonstrated 'intent'.

Electing HRc will ensure a distorted justice system and the rise of the politically elite as never before.

Sad day when the DOJ and FBI play with legal language to cover for hillary. the justice system is the one thing that the country should be able to depend on in this country based on laws. They have failed the American people.

We are now a banana republic.
