Yes they would but this is the fundamental problem with the private server. We now have to take Hillary's word for it all her work related emails have been properly handled. The FBI investigation has uncovered 14,900 work related emails she never turned over to state, they procured them by searching through the government accounts of those she was communicating with and other means. They are currently working there way through the FOIA process. If for example Hillary and one of her staff were using accounts on that server those emails could easily be made to disappear. Given that 14,900 were recovered there is going to be unknown amount that have yet to be recovered.
As I noted in my previous post if that server was hacked they will likely be in the hands of the hackers. A foreign government(s) probably has a better idea of what was deleted than the FBI.

CNN would immediately say that what we saw wasn't what we really saw, that it was just a butter knife she was holding and that at Trump's direction the kid threw himself onto it a dozen times, and that the reason she even had the knife was because she was on her way to a soup kitchen to volunteer. And her supporters would believe every word of it.

She was asked to turnover the server BEFORE Bleachbit was used.
She is required by law to turn over the emails.
Stand up for the rule of law, this is our country and constitution here. This isn't a game we need people to oppose dictators that would be above the law.
I'm pretty sure that it is permissible under the government record retention laws to re-purpose a hard drive, even if it had once contained documents which must be retained. The retention of the documents and reuse of the hard drive are separate actions or events. When you are finished using a hard drive it is good practice to wipe it clean.
You are not finished with a hard drive when what is has been archived as public records.
This had not been done and it was her investigations it would not had even discovered that Hillary and destroyed record she is required by law to maintain and provide.

Very clear to everyone but the FBI, DOJ that HRC had demonstrated 'intent'.
Electing HRc will ensure a distorted justice system and the rise of the politically elite as never before.
Sad day when the DOJ and FBI play with legal language to cover for hillary. the justice system is the one thing that the country should be able to depend on in this country based on laws. They have failed the American people.
