Regardless of who was behind it, I would think we would all agree that a full investigation is needed to find out exactly what happened. It would be reckless of us as a country not to investigate.

Even if the evil Russians did access DNC and Clinton private server data, they DID NOT access .gov data or voting machines, so no "hacking"was carried out against our election.
