What you actually mean to say is that YOU do not have proof.
The CIA says they do have that proof and that is why they told their director and the D.N.I. And that is why he formally accused the Russian Government itself.
again, motive is all that is in question unless you are just claiming the CIA is lying, then that is an entirely different discussion.

Trump went from believing it, to denying it without consulting anyone, so when will the other Republicans follow the lead. When will also declare that they know better than the intelligence community?
Does anyone think the Russian government hackers would have to resort to a "Phishing e-mail" to gain access? The Russians would get in and never leave a trace.
Podesta GAVE the "hacker" his password out of ignorance or stupidity. Podesta GAVE the e-mails that were leaked.
We're supposed to believe that the Russians are the most sophisticated, advanced hackers on the planet. An imminent threat to our democracy. Then these diabolical masterminds used Russian I.P. addresses, left Russian alphabet characters in the server, only worked during Russian business hours & took Russian holidays off? Really? If any of this is even true, it could have been the Chinese, North Koreans, Israelis, Saudis or any number of countries leaving these sophomoric clues to frame the Russians. It could also have been a US intelligence agency, leaving these clues to frame the Russians. The truth is we have no clue who it was. Every single agency who's looked at this circumstantial evidence has admitted there's no hard evidence. End of discussion.
You know as much as I don't want to give this person credit...a lot of hacking type of stuff started happened as soon as Snowden fled to.....RUSSIA. hmmm. As much as I thought he was just an I.T. guy for the govt...I am really do think he did a lot of hacking for other countries. The timing of a lot of this stuff kind of fits.
Who knows how much information Snowden gave the Russians. We know he spilled the beans to the Chinese. He might have given the Ruskie/Trump coalition the keys to the cyber kingdom.
Wiki info pales in comparison to the mountain of reasons hillary lost a 1st term and obama a 3rd.
And then there are comments like this. Showing a distinct lack of understanding of why Obama lost a 3rd term.
