No, not those guns.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/02/us...ttom-well&_r=0

"By midnight on Wednesday, 90 murders had occurred in August alone, making it the deadliest month in Chicago in about 20 years."

What happened? Where are all those social programs hiding?

"The surge of violence comes at a trying time." When is a good time? Maybe if the pot wasn't stirred so much it wouldn't boil over?

.."many here seemed to be grasping for explanations of August’s particular level of bloodshed and for new solutions." It's known as barking up the wrong tree. But that's the only tree they know how to bark up so don't expect Sept. to be much better (although it's only 30 days).

They want to have prayer meetings. The Activist Priest, the Governor, Chicago's Police Superintendent, The mayor, the media, all are scratching their heads. So they think, anyway. What they're really scratching can't be mentioned where minors might read it.

Throw out the old non-solutions. They're part of the problem. No more social programs, no more prayer meetings. Don't keep expecting different results from the same thing.

Buy everyone a gun and 100 rounds. Teach them how to shoot well. Fine anyone not carrying a gun in public.

Do the body count in a month. It can't be worse.

How many people will die? They don't have to! It can end, people can be saved. But not if we keep on keeping on.

They are blaming the guns. It's unbelievable that they think their voters are that stupid. Maybe Democrats truly have become that stupid? I have no idea. If not for the guns they would all be having campfires at night, discussing differential equations and Shakespeare right?

If Hillary wins I have no idea what the future holds.

The voters ARE stupid; otherwise the Democrap wouldn't be in power and half of the Republicans would be out too.

Mostly black-on-black crime. Nothing to worry about. We must save our outrage for the isolated "white cop kills black gentle giant" story.

They could learn from President Duterte of the Philippines: "It's a war, not a crisis," he asked, "why should these people live?" Meaning drug dealers. The onus should be on the murderers to justify their continued existence.

The neighbors know who the murderers are. All they need is the ability to get rid of them. Bounties, wanted dead or alive, extra-judicial justice: not popular among tea and crumpet society. But they're safely out of range. No front line service for them! They can take the moral high road because it only goes through the safest neighborhoods.

Let Chicagoans deal with Chicago. Arm them up, turn out the lights and check back in a few months to see how they're doing.

Haven't you heard, its Indiana's fault now because they have looser gun laws.

Wait, what? The latest information I read was the guns were traveling to Chicago by themselves and forcing these innocent souls to kill other innocent people.
I smell Uber!
