On the question of Minimum wage Trump goes both ways=

As for his stance on outsourcing? equally baffling what his intentions would be.=
Column: Trump's outrage over outsourcing doesn't apply to his own merchandise | PBS NewsHour
If elected Is he going to establish a government department telling businesses as to what they can and cant do? if so it sounds like socialism to me.

Which has nothing to do with closing the factory down. The fines will have to be paid regardless if they close the factory or not. It does show why many companies move operations overseas.

If the wife comes home driving a new luxury vehicle you cannot afford the fact she also bought a diamond necklace does not make her vehicle purchase justifiable.

Ashley can probably open up a factory in China or Thailand where worker exploitation and unsafe working conditions are allowed.

Furniture tends to be pretty large. That is probably why they are not doing that. If the Feds keep irritating them they may just do that.

Yes, furniture is large. Why is Ashley doing what because furniture is large?

Personally, if Ashley supports profit over the safety of our American workers, let them leave! They are all about exploitation. If we wanted working Americans to be exploited, we would invite China to open factories here without any regulations.

Quote:
"Ashley Furniture has created a culture that values production and profit over worker safety, and employees are paying the price," said U.S. Secretary of Labor Thomas E. Perez. "Safety and profits are not an 'either, or' proposition. Successful companies across this nation have both."

The rich investors come first.. they have to make money for the investors.. they don't care if people have to go on welfare or unemployment and food stamps.. the bottom line is more important than giving Americans jobs. It has been this way for decades.

That sofa sectional you buy from Ashley may come with extra parts, human parts!

OSHA cited the Arcadia facility after a worker suffered a partial amputation of his fingers. Another worker lost three fingers in a similar incident in July. Investigators estimate at least 100 other injuries have occurred with similar machinery. At least five other employees have suffered amputations. Dr. David Michaels, the Assistant Secretary of Labor for OSHA, said in a statement:
