I wonder what Obama has to say about this white woman expressing her First Amendment rights.

You guys needs to learn a thing or two about the Constitution. Ignorant people always seem to think that the First Amendment means you can say anything anytime anywhere with no consequences. And Kaepernick could totally get fired for his speech, if his employer decides that it is disruptive and counter to the organization's interests.
So far, the NFL has not decided to do so for reasons that are more monetary than anything else. That is their right. The only right Kaepernick has with respect to the flag is that the government will not retaliate against him for his protests.
What do you think, if he or some other quarterback got up there and started saying stuff like "the Nazis were right to kill all those jews," ya think they would keep playing for long? There is no rule that says NFL can't retaliate against people for their speech.

Sounds to me like she is in a position where she serves "at the pleasure of...". High-level staffers for top elected officials frequently serve at "the pleasure of", are not under a union contract, and do not have the civil service job protections that, say, a file clerk, working for the same state gov would have. (Doesn't mean that a file clerk couldn't also be fired for saying the same things, but it would depend on the union contract, and there would be an appeal process.)
The 1st amendment only promises that the government cannot throw you in jail for speaking your mind. It doesn't promise that there will be no social consequences if you do speak your mind.
She is free to keep right on talking about white genocide if she wants to. She is also free to make a lot of money talking about it if she can figure out how to do that. But if she is employed "at the pleasure of" someone, that someone can fire her for any reason or no reason without in any way violating her 1st amendment rights.
