I find it very interesting how coastal liberal elites, think that bad-mouthing the federal reserve is seen as a liability.
Then again, Clinton collects hundreds of thousands of dollars for a short speech to the banking executives who profit off Janet Yellen low interest rate policy.
Maybe in Midtown Manhattan, DC and Greenwich, CT do people see it as negative.
I lived in Nebraska and the governor of the state at the time, Dave Heineman always had a field day mocking and laughing at the coastal liberal elites and he was one of the most popular governors ever because of it.
In fact, from living in flyover country it seems that the first rule of politics is to laugh at the coasts and their politicians, policies and consultants.
Many middle-American politicians get elected on bad mouthing the coastal, liberal, ivy-league establishment that proclaims that it knows what is best for middle-American families.
Most people in middle-America seem to care more about their families, local quality of life issues and new jobs as opposed to international affairs and what banking executives think.
New York and DC liberals tend to not be shy about how they do everything they can to avoid flyover country and I think it is interesting how they think people in small towns in fly-over country take this as a negative.

I think you've pretty well got it!
It was Woodrow Wilson who established the Federal Reserve. He is known as the "father of American Progressivism."
The Fed is a group of 12 unelected elitists who essentially control the economy. Yeah...nothing to criticize there. What could possibly go wrong? I mean Alan Greenspan had nothing to do with the housing bubble, right Hillary?

No, the Federal Reserve is a government organization, it says Federal.
-says the liberal
remember a decade ago when liberals called conservatives
Crazy when we said the federal reserve is a private bank running our economy, yeah remember that? Not all conservatives knew the fed was private, but those who knew were conservatives, aka Ron Paul, you guys laughed and called him crazy
congress is supposed to authorize the printing of the currency, not the fedres.
