Could this inspire more people to become refugees or temporary enough refugees, or no?

Much of the EU is in serious debt, can they afford $393,000,000.00 for refugees in Turkey?

EU officials say it will help local economies in Turkey and give refugees much needed assistance.

Great news. I like any incentive which tempts them to stay out of the US.

I hope all the EU countries start giving them money.
