So move to the regressive deep South states which heavily rely on regressive taxation (high sales tax, even on groceries and prescription drugs) and enjoy the low income inequality.

Specifically, which southern states tax milk and prescription medications?

Mississippi, Tennesse and Oklahoma among others. Alabama has one of the highest sales taxes in the country and also taxes groceries. Louisiana is another. These states are extremely dependent on these taxes for revenue. Kansas under the great leadership of the puppet of the donor class Brownback also has moved towards a deep south revenue stream, and taxes both milk and prescription drugs.

Why make up facts?

Louisana doesn't tax groceries or prescription drugs.

I referred to this:

Nevertheless, Luisiana still has one of the most regressive tax systems in America (heavily reliant on sales tax) and has extreme inequality.

Did you know that Mississippi and Alabama don't tax groceries purchased with food stamps and the only two states that tax prescription drugs are Georgia and Illinois?

They are still some of the most regressive tax systems in any state and have extreme inequality.
