Perhaps brought about by her disgust for the American people and the harm inflicted 15 years ago. No doubt she didn't want to participate in any commemoration.
OTOH, it may also demonstrate how bad the state of her health is and perhaps open the eyes of America to how unfit she is to take on the role of President.
Either way, it doesn't speak well for her candidacy to be a leader.

I think it's all the stress of years over coverups, lying, deceiving, worrying about wiki leaks releases, knocking people off, the fake marriage to bill, the arrangement of so many coverups, starting to leak out etc. She and her husband are true American criminals and it's all starting to surface and this stuff is getting to her. She can't keep a lid on it any longer.

The fact she's not willing to admit there's a problem and continues to hide it shows what type of character she'll have if elected... she's a woman of "secrets" ... one of them you would see whispering something to another woman friend in public.. I never trust those type of women or people who whisper to hide what they're saying from others.
It shows she cares more about herself and her own maniacal ambition than she cares about the country.
There are very serious conditions which can cause fainting - I don't wish them on anyone, but in any case, I think it's time for her to step down and focus on her health.
That would not be good news for the Trump campaign. Hillary is the the most unelectable candidate they have. I pray for her to have a speedy recovery.
Her unwillingness to disclose her medical issues is extremely concerning. Clearly, she has significant medical problems. Politics aside, I see this as disqualifying.
Trump will be just fine if he loses. He'll do TV, build more buildings and grow his wealth through his hard work like he's always done. He won't look back. If Hillary loses she will die soon after. I think it's her obsession. That's why I hate the idea of her in that job, she's unbalanced.
