I TAKE IT THAT IF HE PLEADS THE FIFTH HIS IMMUNITY SHOULD BE RENDERED NULL AND VOID. Either they cooperate or take their legal lumps, but by law they should not get the double benefit of immunity and not testifying.
I'm asking because I do not know, but isn't it actually the DOJ that grants any immunity?
If so, do you really think they will do anything other than taking them out for an expensive dinner with fine wine?

Surprising they have the time, probably planning yet another vote to repeal the ACA. Heaven forbid they should actually do their jobs and hold hearings for a SCOTUS nominee.

I think we got off on 2 different investigations.
This was about the FBI... But flew off into the people that actually destroyed all the evidence after being asked for it in an investigation.
