Not so much, those defendants who financed and organize these demonstration are responsible for the acts violence ,crimes, and property damage. Plus the Security of the local deportments.


This goes further than one 1st amendment Rights.

Normally not true. Possible in some cases but I would need the evidence of incitement.

Look the destruction of Lives and our Cities should be every ones concern. These so called protestors were paid by these defendants and were instructed to carry out the message. So this was vey well planned, but the plane fell apart and we have seen violence on streets, Baltimore, LA, Dallas , Atlanta, Chicago, St. Louis.


By default and by result the Dallas PD Officers has a good case! (Based on current Laws)
