If he had stepped out and pointed the gun it would be different. That does not seem to be the case. If the police have a video of that, release it.

What if a flying saucer came down and planted it? That's only slightly less likely in the heat of the moment.

It appears that he is a convicted felon with previous weapons charges, so he wouldn't likely be allowed to possess a firearm anyway.

I already stated. If he came out of the car with a gun in his hand and pointed it at someone it would be different.

I wish someone would teach people to take horizontal/landscape phone videos. Vertical/portrait mode really stinks.
