What does it matter if the talk was about one city or all cities?

Tell us why it matters. Would you be against stop & frisk if it were to be enacted in your town where you could possibly be on the receiving end?
Many in NYC say it started off ok, then got overzealous; stopping truly innocent cats, with little to no probable cause. How do you feel about that argument?

BS; worked great in high crime areas of New York.
