If someone tells a false story to the police that turns into a protest that turns into a riot can they be arrested? Can they be sued by the family of any person injured or killed during a riot? How about sued by the police for the cost of a riot? How about store owners who were vandalized during a riot?
Remember that thug pal in Ferguson who lied about what happened? Whatever happened to him? Did he go to jail? Did store owners sue him? Did anyone hurt in the riot sue him? Did the police give him a bill for the extra man hours because of his false "hands up" story?
I think if something happened (arrest or lawsuit) to the tellers of false stories they'd think twice about spinning a yarn that results in injury, death, vandalism, looting, tax dollars for police overtime.
It is all about accountability but today we seldom see people held for their lies and trouble making. It starts at the top where Hillary skated from the FBI probe.
If some bum lies to the Police which touches off riots what is really going to happen to that bum if they don't have anything to sue them for? Sticking them in jail won't do much for their disposition but how about making them do community service?
The Police should round up all the rioting looters and make them work in a chain gang to clean up their neighborhood that they trashed the night before.
These idiots are like spoiled brats that don't care about anything because they have been given handouts their whole lives.
Maybe the city should leave the hood like a war zone and see how long it takes for the rats to complain? Maybe the tax payers shouldn't be charged for the damages? Maybe the stores that were looted shouldn't bother to reopen?
These thugs don't care about their community and like a spoiled brat who breaks his toys they shouldn't be given new ones without earning them.
