Hopefully they'll get the dead man's accomplices and they'll then be charged with criminal homicide, robbery, breaking and entering and attempted murder. That video makes me rethink not wanting a high capacity semi automatic handgun. Six rounds wouldn't have been enough vs three assailants. All three of whom were armed.
