You DO realize that government agencies share info all the time, no? The IRS IS the enforcement agency of Obamacare. We all knew that was in the bill.That aspect of it even went to SCOTUS, which IMO extremely foolishly ruled it to be Constitutional. Why do you think so many people were opposed to Obamacare? Those of us who realized what was going on knew it gave the federal government too much power to intrude into one's private life.
Just wait until you have to deal with SS and Medicare. MORE intrusions into one's private life.

Man~~ It's quite obvious..many posting about such things..have no idea on what they're entitled to...HC is a guantantee ( especially life-threatening situations)..which means IF you don't pay Insurance >>TAXPAYERS DO!!
IF you buy a care ..Taxpayer's DO not pay for your costs to purchase much less costs to maintain it ...and oh, yes..Taxpayer's are NOT responsible for damages caused your car causes either unless your car injures someone that doesn't have HC Insurance.!!

Every communication from a tax collecting agency always tells you what they can do to you if you don't do as they suggest or demand. None if those things are pleasant. The presumption is that you are guilty and you must prove innocence.

This seems like a very heavy handed and inappropriate move via the government in order to try and force people to buy a product from a private corporation that they may not even be able to afford.

If Freedom & Liberty was the intention of this nation. With a bottom up tier of power, not top down ruling classes. The only way to achieve Freedom & Liberty, was that the Federal Government would never have direct power to punish the people, but only the States, for breaking the peoples Constitutional Rights.
The same with States and their independent Constitutions that could further Freedom & Liberty, but not take any the US. Constitution chained all government by. The States could not punish the people directly, only the counties/parishes and here at the County/Parish level, there was elected law enforcement to enforce the laws of the Counties/Parishes. Here is were the people governed themselves. The County level. States could punish Counties, for violating peoples Constitutional rights(State Constitution)
The 16th Amendment changed the entire bottom up power structure that maintains Freedom & Liberty.
The 17th Amendment took all State Legislation input to congress and at this same time, lobbyist, became the new rage, to push special interest(rich getting richer rigging the system of checks & balances so there where none) And now with the Federal government with the ability to take at will, what they want from the people, the power tier became a top down, ruling class with special interest filling the politicians and their buddies bank accounts, legally.
They'll ratchet up pressure on you. They have to because obamacare is in trouble because they don't have enough young people over-paying to the system to make up for the chronically ill and elderly that rushed in to pay.
I'm literally sitting here laughing at all the twits that supported this thinking they'll get free healthcare and then Obama delayed the penalties until after the re-election to avoid the eventual backlash.
Same here! I heard the free health care how wonderful chant until they realized they had to pay and the deductibles were 5-10k before insurance started paying 😊
My guess, they are going to start taking the money out of refunds and direct to the coffers. They have no choice it's collapsing under its own stupidity.
