Trump only knows how to flourish in a rodeo atmosphere. Inviting Gennifer Flowers, an old lounge singer, is beautiful! Her presence won't unhinged Hillary. It will give Hillary the opportunity to show her (and America) who she is and no bimbo, front seat or not, will intimidate her but it will show every voter exactly what a louse Donald Trump is!
In case you guys missed the meme....Hillary does not care that people lost their lives in Benghazi. It was a secret CIA op, everyone involved knew they were breaking US and Libyan laws, the fact that it it went sideways and people died is just bad luck.

Heh, Hillary demanded a step stool for the debate. She was told she will get a height appropriate podium. She was also told if she starts coughing, she will have to power through it. No coughing breaks. There will be no commercials.

You're both right. Hillary's demand for a step stool -- to boost her 5'3", 200lb 'stature' -- was rejected. Lucky for her it was, because there's no way she could manage to stay on top of the stool for the entire debate.
I think that there are literally tens of millions who are tuning into this just to see if Hillary has a coughing fit, an eyeballs-going-in-separate-directions episode, or just plain faceplants to her death on live television.
One thing is certain: she's not going to get any healthier in the next 48 hours, that's for sure.
