Do you think the founding fathers ever expected this much of our political discourse, if it can even be called that, to revolve around cakes?

I'm having trouble giving a **** about this anymore. Someone doesn't like what's being put on a cake so they refuse and the person goes to Twitter to ***** about how an employee somewhere didn't want to write something this person knew was controversial on a cake. It happens enough now that I just don't have an opinion anymore. Honestly, why do people need custom cakes so damn much? Bake it your damn self. It's cheaper and more meaningful to make something for someone that to buy it. Then we could avoid talking about cakes so ****ing much.

Imagine if someone asked for a cake about transgendered restrooms. The Internet would melt down.

In all seriousness, this cake thing has been dumb from the beginning. It shows how far our society has fallen when social issues are foughtwith cakes.

There's nothing racist or provocative about the message on the cake - and she's not hijacking anything. This is a retirement party for her father, he'll be surrounded by fellow cops and she knows her father a tad better than we do.

This fake outrage about a stupid message is ridiculous. Individuals have no rights anymore, that everything needs to be parsed and judged? Have you no lives of your own?

Walmart is in the retail business. Employees need to either serve everyone or find another job.

LOL

"provocative" huh?

"looking for a fight"?

Were you saying the same thing when gay couples specifically targeted Christian owned bakeries and florists?

Hilarious, but at the same time not so much...
