Is the "big black mark on Law Enforcement" the fact that they didn't automatically believe her story? Is it the fact that they Investigated this the Police Officer's story? Is it the fact that they spent the time/effort to recover camera evidence and pretty quickly worked out that she was lying?
Oh - I know, the "big black mark on Law Enforcement" is probably the arrest warrant they issued for this cop. On Sept. 23, the GBI obtained arrest warrants for Hall. She’s accused of making false statements, tampering with evidence, interfering with government property and violating her oath of office.

Wait! - I found the "big black mark on Law Enforcement" - “People are human and we expect mistakes to be made,” Sheriff Gary Long said in an open letter to the community after the charges were announced. “Officers are human too, but I assure you that this is NO MISTAKE, this is a criminal act that tarnishes every badge worn across the United States of America.”
This 'War on Cops' is beyond ridiculous when a story that shows clearly that the Police did the same sort of Fact Finding on an Officer's story that they do on any shooting incident is considered by the Leftists to be ....
If you shoot yourself, you can be fired, so she took the ole true and trusted route by saying....a black guy did it. The whole situation almost sounds like an episode of South Park.
She should get felony charges due to all the resources they had looking for this imaginary black guy.

This is in Georgia, where finding a big bad black dude and trumping up charges isn't out of the question. This is dangerous! They could've planted evidence on some guy.
That's the South, where the idea of a black man assaulting a white woman is every white male's worst nightmare. If pressure had been ratcheted up to find the black shooter, someone could be doing a long prison stretch.
This isn't some minor incident...this had the potential to end very tragically. And this stupid ass lady would've went along with it to save her patootie!
