assume it at first... but I'm actually voting for Trump. Does that make me a bad guy? Probably to my peers... meaning people I grew up with. But to the people I really identify with... we're all Trump supporters. Black, white, blue or brown. Though I tend to favor vanilla. Regarding politics... I generally fall in the middle on most issues, but I lean right with faith and family and I lean left with the economy.
Notice how Hillary seemed obsessed with Trump and she was constantly attacking him. The rare occasion (I think once) when she did talk to the media is was to hammer Trump. This tactic is meant to scare you so you'll vote for Hillary.
Politicians won't save you or me and as soon as you realize that the better off you'll be. Keep thinking for yourself. Learn as much as you can about money and the tax code, you'll be able to see who's lying to you, you'll know when you're being treated as if you're stupid. Understand that when a politician says the word "investment" it means they will raise taxes on you. It's currently about getting more of the American people's money funneled to the government. Obama did it and it's still not enough so Hillary wants to do it, and it won't be enough. In the end when you raise taxes on the rich which are typically business owners, that tax increase shows up in higher prices for you.
Except for a few, the people around me liked Hillary and I didn't. Slowly but surely and without much if anything from me they began to understand and see who she is. Out of those people only one hardliner Hillary supporter is left and she is now wavering too.
Is it even possible to do that when both are so polarized? There is little compromise in either candidate.
For all the talk of the bad choices we have this election, I actually think this time around both candidates are willing to compromise and work with the other side. The only one I think would be a disaster is Clinton due to her immigration policies, but if she would back off that stance I would vote for her over Donald. She won't though, so I won't give her my vote.
I think he's talking about people discussing politics in person. This forum is a way to discuss it without alienating friends and family.
Precisely. It lets me vent and then not discuss politics in person at all.
