Thanks, Obama. Your incompetence and corruption really shines.

Department of Commerce Commissioner Mike Rothman said Friday that the five companies offering plans through the state's exchange or directly to consumers were prepared to leave the market for 2017. He said big rate increases were the tradeoff to convince all but one company to remain for now. Rate increases finalized this week range from a 50 percent average hike for HealthPartners plans to a 67 percent jump on average on UCare.

It's only failing because republicans are racists and did all they could to sabotage anything the first black President did including his crown achievement The ACA!

And Bush as well!

Yes, there is no profit in insuring sick people - even we they have a $12,000 deductible and the gov't picks up most of their $800/month premium. There is only profit in insuring healthy people with no pre-existing conditions and hoping they don't get sick.

Healthcare is a non-profit venture; profit will only result in someone or something failing financially. It is unsustainable. Why Americans seem to try and ignore this fact, I'll never know. This is the very core of the problem of healthcare in USA

Heathcare is a for-profit service that has been corrupted by artificially high prices by the insurance cartel.

There are 28.5 million people who are not insured. They must have been relying on all legal citizens being insured, with at least some percentage of them being healthy and subsidizing those who are less healthy and actually seeking care.
