Please if you could, define "confiscation" first. Your definition of confiscation is probably totally different from mine.

It's asinine to believes Hillary will repeal the 2nd but she certainly will erode it.
She can through her EO/EAs make it very difficult to own one, purchase one etc. Cost is the only area she can affect through her potential new job as POTUS. 2A will not go away, but
politicians have and will infringe on it.. There are ammunition taxes and excise taxes on rifles. But no way in hell will they attempt to take guns away or even try to buy them back. Those buy back programs have not done well in cities..
