It didn't take long for the racist cheap shots at all black folks started...
The only cheap shots came from the thug who gunned down a man just trying to make an honest living. The criminal deserves nothing less than the same fate. The sooner, the better.

Obviously, this criminal was in the wrong. Hopefully he gets what he has coming to him... But I don't stand idly by while people like this take cheap shots at all black folks. Not going to happen on my watch buddy...
I will say this much. I do notice them bringing so much attention to this, along with every black person that has killed a cop. However there is no attention brought to the fact that 71% of officers killed this year have been by white men. With all due respect for the fallen officer. It is sad that the finger is being pointed in the media simply to justify whats been going on with black men being killed by officers. The officers killed by white men got no recognition, No Flags Lowered all over the county, and most of all no National news. Just sweep that right under the rug. I guess if your an officer and happen to get killed in the "line of duty" you should hope that its a black guy doing the killing, otherwise no one would even hear of it or remember it. R.I.P Officer Owens.

Sergeant Steve Owen was killed by a parolee who happened to be black... The color didn't kill him the man did..
Some idiots questioned if he was a hero..the epitome of ignorance which comes along with those who hate, use drugs, have criminal histories themselves. Steve was the recipient of the medal of valor for PRIOR acts of courage. Sick people should try Google before spouting off...
Lets have a conversation why he was murdered
What happened in this pos life that he thought committing a crime and killing a deputy in the commission of it was acceptable

Sergeant Steve Owen, 29 year veteran... Killed yesterday while responding to a burglary by male black parolee. An unjustified murder Steve was shot in the head by the coward... Who then fled in his radiocar...then into a house using kids as shields.. SEB SWAT took him down with no injuries...

I don't get why the killer being black is so important that it needs to be in the threads title? It's kind of bizarre.
An officer was murdered. That should be the main point, unless the killing was racially motivated, and as of yet there is no evidence that's the case.
