I don't know what that is. Never seen it in my life but every black person tells that there has always been institutionalized racism against blacks, which is why so many black people are in prison and blacks managed to kill more whites than the other way around.

The would-be looters are not waiting patiently in line at the polls to exercise their civic right.
People like that are so entitled, lazy, and short-term thinking, they won't even make that much effort to figure out which party and candidate would give them the most free stuff, plan out their day in November to stand in line, and vote for them in the hopes of making that happen.
Instead, they'll just ignore all that, sleep in on election day, and continue screaming for more free stuff regardless.
