Trump couldn't seem to decide whether Russia is a friend or foe. He talked like we should be their friend but then contradicted himself when he was talking about their involvement in Syria.

no please treat me like a five year old. of course i bloody well know how things work. i also know what the constitution says on a variety of subjects in government, or i can find them. i also know that obama DOES NOT have the power to do many of the things he has done in office, because he is making end runs around congress with many of his executive orders, including a partial implementation of the "dream act", again without constitutional authority.
