Ok, if cops or DAs hide or destroy evidence, we now know it's ok to do so.

Thanks for clarifying that for us.
Nobody in Harris county gets in trouble.

Take a good look at all the rape kits destroyed or ignored. Didn't anther 2000 cases drug cases etc., just get dropped because a constable threw out the evidence. I'm not even gonna comment on some of the crooked past DAs.

The Internet is full stories regarding Hillary and Bush email servers and deletions.

IMO, if the congress wants a rule they should fund it implement it. Do not leave it to elected, appointed or career politicians to adhere to.

The congress needs to put together a group to provide, instruct and monitor government electronics. It should also be widely circulated in the media that the way the government destroys phones and iPads is to beat them with a hammer.

What Hillary and Rove did was not illegal. There was a great deal of gray area that needs firming up.

If the Congress is going to run endless investigations about Hillary's 30K deleted emails, then they should do the same about Bush's 22 million deleted emails. They would do that if they were interested in the issue of deleted emails, but obviously that is not what they are interested in. They are interested in using their power to help their own party. That's corrupt as hell.

People are not as stupid as our politicians think they are. Well, maybe some are since many are onboard with Hillary's emails while ignoring the same when done by their own party.
Wow, you sure did change your tune.

You mean tone? No, I did not change it one bit.

I can't wait for these elections to be over, and I have already decided to not vote at all. I have lost all faith in Congress and both parties, including their candidates. The biggest disappointment has been the GOP Congress and their abuse of their power for political witch hunts. It's corrupt as hell.
