Doesn't look good if you normalize it with GDP either.

I was jobless for 2+ years. Only had 300 bucks left in savings. Had to move back to my parents.

Then, Obama won the election and everything changed for me.

I now have my own place, have a 4 unit rental and have my own business. I work barely 5 hours a week.

From 60k under the Clinton Admin to 0 during the Bush admin to now, in the six figures.

Thanks Obama!

Stocks is up, Economy is up, gas price is down, real estate made a recovery, everyone has health care. Man we have it good!

Not sure why Republicans are crying. We're making more money than ever. I have 100k sitting stocks alone.
I don't believe any of those self serving statements.
First off it's not about you, it's about the economy.

Too many still on government assistance. Long term unemployment is still too high
Before the crash 1 in 6 who were unemployed were long term unemployment. Now it's 1 in 4. Long term is where you loose the most workers for good.
Prices rising faster than wages.

Even if it is/was true Obama benefitted you, the fact he did it by printing 10 Trillion means it's all temporary.

Ah, after the Democrats gained control of the House and Senate and tanked the economy. I'm sure you conveniently forgot the full employment that happened for years before that happened, or maybe no one wanted to hire you then either.

A liberal. The kind of person who complains about Bush tax cuts (that went to everyone) that Obama continued and calls a presidential term a "regime". Any bets that he NEVER refers to Obamas regime that way?

Ask small business owners and self-employed individuals if their health care costs and coverage are/were better under Bush or Obama. We all know the answer to that, don't we.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

just because he was dumb enough to hold stocks at constant all-time highs
despite bad economy, and was rewarded for it, makes him a genius, until one
morning, he's not, and those who shorted the market win this time.
