Russia is building large numbers of underground nuclear command bunkers in the latest sign Moscow is moving ahead with a major strategic forces modernization program.
U.S. intelligence officials said construction has been underway for several years on “dozens” of underground bunkers in Moscow and around the country.
Disclosure of the underground command bunkers comes as Army Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti, commander of U.S. European Command, warned recently that Russia has adopted a nuclear use doctrine he called “alarming.”

I think it's a GOOD thing that an ex-KGB official and the leader of a police state (who is actively trying to retrieve the USSR "evil empire") doesn't want to see another President Clinton.

And he probably knows what he’s talking about. After all, the Russian president certainly by now has had the chance to read through plenty of her classified State Department emails. Considering Hillary already stated she will declare war on Russia over the alleged cyberattacks.

Hillary literally just said that she will answer, among other things, with a military response against alleged Russian hacks of her e-mails and the (((DNC))). Remember that she was amongst the masterminds for the Iraq war, the Afghanistan intervention, the 2011 Libyan civil war intervention and the Syrian civil war. She is a bloody warmonger, war-hawk and neocon. Especially now that western sanctions against Russia have not done the expected damage.

Both the Obama administration and Hillary have done nothing but goad Putin lately. Despite the fact - Obama showed weakness with how many lines was that? - I don't think that the US would take kindly to another country accusing us of things that we haven't done.
We've messed up the Middle East, have no idea how to fight ISIS and always end up creating more of a problem supporting rebels who turn on us. Others have already taken responsibility for the hacking and yet - the administration, Clinton and the media - including Fox continue to blame Putin.
There were articles yesterday that our own members of the military and law enforcement will not recognize her as commander in chief if elected. Hillary is looking to start a war to boost her own ego and show what a strong woman she is. If she was that strong - she would have left Billy boy long ago - stood on her own 2 feet and gotten herself into the WH without him and his cohorts - but she isn't strong and continues to bully people so others think she is. As much of a clown as Trump sometimes is - this woman is psychotic.
